Do the prices include the state's filing fee?
No. The state charges its own filing fee ($35 to $500 depending on the state) and we pass it through at cost, shown as its own line before you pay.
Is the EIN really included in Grow?
Yes, for US residents with a Social Security Number. If the company is foreign-owned, the IRS process is different and slower, and that EIN is its own service, priced separately.
Does the registered agent renew?
Yes. Summit includes the first year, and it renews at $249 a year after that, so your company always has a legal point of contact on file with the state. You can cancel the renewal from your portal anytime.
What if I need more than the formation?
That is where most companies end up. Annual reports, business address, bookkeeping, and taxes all sell a la carte, and the plans bundle a whole year of them (formation included) for one membership. Start with the filing, add the rest as the business asks for it.
