Yes. Summit Filings supports LLC formations and Corporation formations in any US state. If you are not sure which structure fits your situation, the planner can point you in the right direction, though for entity-choice questions that need a legal opinion we will always tell you to consult an attorney.

Yes. Founders from anywhere in the world can form a US LLC or Corporation through Summit Filings. We cover all 50 states and work with international founders every day. No US address or Social Security Number is required to place an order.

Prices vary by service, state, and the options you choose. The starting price for each service is shown on the Pricing page and in the cart before you check out. You always see the full amount before you pay.

Government and state fees are listed separately in the cart where they apply. Some services carry a state fee on top of our service fee; others are flat-rate. The cart always breaks the line items out clearly so there are no surprises at checkout.

You are charged once at checkout through our secure Stripe payment page. There are no recurring charges unless you add a subscription service like Registered Agent coverage, in which case the renewal terms are shown before you pay.

We offer a full refund of our service fee if you cancel before we begin work on your order. Once we have filed or submitted your documents, the service fee is non-refundable and state fees cannot be recovered. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Turnaround depends on the service and the state. Formation processing times range from same-day (in states with expedited options) to several weeks for standard filings. We file as fast as the state allows and email you proof as soon as it is ready. Estimated timelines are shown on each service page.

You enter your basic contact and company info once at checkout, and that covers most of what we need. For service-specific details, we send you a secure follow-up link after payment so we can collect exactly what each filing requires without overwhelming you upfront.

We typically need your name, email, phone number, company name, state of formation, and the names of members or officers. We never ask for your Social Security Number or ITIN on any public form. If a specific filing ever requires a tax ID, we will explain exactly why and handle it securely.

Yes. Non-residents and non-citizens can form an LLC or Corporation in the United States. There is no requirement to be a US citizen or resident. Many of our customers are international founders building US-based businesses from abroad.

Yes. Foreign founders without an SSN can still obtain an Employer Identification Number. Summit Filings offers EIN filing for non-residents as a standalone service or as part of a formation bundle. We handle the IRS application on your behalf.
