In short
Flex Space is a real commercial business address you can register a company at and receive mail through. Post that arrives is scanned and sent to you, wherever you are. It is a business address with a mail service behind it, not a virtual mailbox that only forwards.
Why do you need Flex Space?
Registering a company means publishing an address. Using your home publishes your home, and a PO box is refused by most states and by most banks.
It also matters for who takes you seriously. A residential address on an invoice, a contract or a bank application is a flag, and a founder abroad has no US address at all without one.

Who it's for
Founders running a US company from somewhere else
Most of our flex space clients are non-residents running a US LLC or Corporation from another country. The address is the bridge between where they live and where their business is registered.
Others are US residents whose company is filed in a different state from where they live. Same situation, same fix. The address gives the company a proper legal home that is not your apartment, plus a mail-handling layer that is not your roommate.

The service is built to flex with your company. Add it the day you incorporate and it starts working that month: a one-time $50 setup covers activation, then it is the flat monthly price with no minimum term.
There is no minimum term and no exit fee. If you later move into your own US office, wind down the entity, or change your address, you simply give notice and the service ends. The address is yours for as long as you keep it, and not a day longer.

Is there a setup fee?
A one-time $50 setup covers locker assignment and address activation. After that you pay the flat monthly price and nothing else.
Is this recognized as a real business address?
Yes. It is a physical commercial office, not a P.O. box, and it serves as your company's legal address of record with the state, the IRS, and your bank. That's exactly why it works for company registration.
What kind of mail can be received at the address?
Standard flat correspondence: official notices from the state, IRS letters, bank statements, and contracts related to the company or its partners. Packages, large parcels, and signature-required deliveries are handled separately and may carry an additional handling fee.
How quickly are documents scanned and forwarded?
Within 24 hours of arrival. We notify you the same day a document comes in, scan it, and email you a high-resolution PDF. The original is held safely until you ask us to forward or shred it.
