Why we built this
The hard part was never the work. It was the access.
For 24 years, Prodezk has formed companies, filed compliance, and kept founders in good standing from a desk in Miami. The work is done by real people who do it every day and know every state's quirks by heart.

The founder
One finance grad, one stubborn idea.
Andres Platts, a finance graduate from FIU, started this work 24 years ago to close a real gap. He watched language barriers and tangled regulations keep capable founders out of the US market, and set out to make formation simple.
What began as basic state registrations grew into the full suite of services Summit runs on today. Andres is now a recognized voice in US business expansion, and the standard he set, do it right, explain it plainly, stay close, is still how every order is handled.
