Act 921 raises fees across the Commercial Division schedule, from formations to annual reports. Our Louisiana numbers already reflect the new schedule.

Gabriel Gil is an electrical engineer and the software and technology lead at Prodezk. He earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering, cum laude, from Florida International University, and he builds and runs the systems that power Prodezk's formation, compliance, and dissolution services.
